Although not officially one of the plan azure resorts, the area of tamuda bay has historically been a tourist area commanding a high level of rental demand in high season.
In previous years it has been the French and Moroccans that have been having holidays in Tamuda Bay, but now with all the building that is going on others are coming and buying holiday homes.

Agents can charge you a lot of money to actually find the tenants for you and then rent the appartment / villa for you.
